Abstract

A telescopic conveyor system is a versatile and efficient material handling solution designed to extend and retract as needed, making it ideal for loading and unloading goods in warehouses, logistics centers, and manufacturing facilities. Telescopic conveyors offer enhanced efficiency, adaptability, and cost-effectiveness by providing extendable and retractable mechanisms for streamlined operations. This research paper explores the design and analysis of various telescopic conveyor configurations, emphasizing their significance in modern material handling applications. The study examines key aspects such as automation and energy efficiency, structural integrity, and material selection. Additionally, the paper highlights technological advancements, identifies current research gaps, and outlines future trends—particularly in automation and sustainable materials—to further optimize performance, improve operational efficiency, and reduce maintenance costs.
