Abstract

A field experiment was laid out in randomized block design using three replications and eleven treatments in the Garden, Department of Fruit Science, C. S. Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), India, during the 2019-2020 cropping season. Results obtained from the present investigation reported that he plants supplied with 75% Recommended dose of fertilizerof NPK + 50g Azotobacter + 50g  Phosphorous solubilizing bacteria (PSB) + 50g Trichoderma harzianum produced fruit with the highest total soluble solids (18.85 °Brix), total sugars (18.46%), reducing sugars (15.18 %), non-reducing sugars (3.28%), TSS: acid ratio (58.90), sugar: acid ratio (57.68), pulp per cent (82.36 %), pulp: peel ratio (4.66) with minimum titratable acidity (0.32 %) and peel (17.64 %) content.
