This study documents the implementation, beneficiary coverage, and reported outcomes of agricultural and livelihood interventions undertaken under the Development Action Plan for Scheduled Castes (DAPSC), formerly the Scheduled Caste Sub Plan, by Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Malyal, in Mahabubabad district, Telangana, India, from 2021–22 to 2025–26. A retrospective descriptive programme review was conducted using KVK administrative records, project reports, training and distribution registers, and field documentation. Available adoption schedules for 120 beneficiaries were analysed using frequencies and percentages. During the five-year period, the programme conducted 25 agricultural training programmes, eight skill-development programmes, and eight field demonstrations. It distributed 156.53 quintals of seed to 595 beneficiary entries, 2,800 poultry chicks to 265 beneficiary entries, 170 Soil Health Cards, farm implements, enterprise-oriented assets, and selected biological pest- and disease-management inputs. Reported adoption among the 120 surveyed beneficiaries was highest for fine-grain rice varieties (81.67%), green manuring before rice (76.67%), bold-grain rice varieties (76.67%), pulse varieties (71.67%), and integrated pest management in chilli (70.00%). Programme records also described increases in rice, redgram, and green gram yields during the implementation period; however, the absence of a comparison group and inferential analysis precludes causal attribution. The findings show substantial programme reach and provide a structured account of locally selected interventions. They should be interpreted as descriptive evidence of implementation and reported technology uptake rather than as a definitive estimate of long-term socio-economic impact.
